Legal information
Terms and conditions
Website use and the basis for requesting procurement, energy and logistics services.
Effective October 19, 2026 · Version 2026-10-19.1
1. Website and companies
These terms govern use of orinocoenergygroup.com and its enquiry tools. Orinoco Energy Group is the group's commercial identity. The website presents OEG Internacional Inc in the United States and Orinoco Energy Group, C.A. in Venezuela, together with the specialist companies and allies described in The Group. A group name, logo or shared contact channel does not make all companies parties to a contract. The quotation, order confirmation or signed agreement must identify the contracting entity and the agreed responsibilities.
2. Enquiries are not orders
Submitting a form requests a commercial response. It does not place a purchase order, reserve space, authorize expenditure, create a customs mandate or conclude a transport or supply contract. Offers, technical alternatives, commercial terms and scope require separate written confirmation. This site does not collect payments or offer an online checkout.
3. Project scope and representations
Supply, transport, customs, handling, environmental services and inspection are contracted according to the project. Timetables, prices, supplier availability, permits and cargo acceptance must be confirmed for the shipment. Map lines are planning illustrations, not guaranteed sailings or transit times. Historical OCK figures describe specific experience and are not productivity guarantees. Registrations and authorizations relate to the relevant entity and activity; none is a blanket authorization for every transaction.
4. Information you provide
Provide accurate information and only material you are authorized to share. Do not upload passwords, identification documents, payment-card details, unrelated personal data or restricted third-party material. The enquiry channel is not a secure data room for export-controlled, classified or highly sensitive project information. Ask us to agree a suitable channel or confidentiality arrangement when needed. We may ask for clarification before preparing a quotation.
5. Prices, cancellation and refunds
No purchase or payment is completed through this website, so it does not offer a general online refund programme. Before any paid order, the contracting entity and customer must agree the price, payment milestones, supplier commitments, cancellation rights, return conditions and any refund calculation in the applicable quotation or contract. Do not assume that bespoke equipment, third-party freight or services already performed can be cancelled without cost. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, applicable remedies or refunds required by law. Questions about an existing order should identify the contracting company and order reference and be sent to bd@orinocoenergygroup.com.
6. Intellectual property
Photos, videos, logos, written content and design remain protected by the rights of their respective owners or licensors. Viewing this site does not grant a licence to republish media, remove watermarks, use company marks or imply endorsement. Written permission is required unless a legal exception applies. Third-party names or equipment visible in operational footage do not by themselves imply a commercial relationship or endorsement. Rights concerns can be sent to info@orinocoenergygroup.com with the material and basis of the claim.
7. External services and availability
External links and optional embedded videos are provided for their stated purpose and follow their providers' policies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, third-party content or error-free information. We will review notified errors. Any liability limitation is only to the extent permitted by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Applicable rules and contact
Mandatory laws applicable to the website user, the relevant company and the transaction remain in force, including applicable Venezuelan and U.S. requirements. The commercial agreement should identify its governing law and dispute mechanism. These website terms do not impose an exclusive foreign forum or waive mandatory rights. Contact info@orinocoenergygroup.com regarding these terms. Changes will have a new version and date; they do not silently change an already agreed commercial contract.
