How we handle information shared through this website and our project enquiry channels.

1. Who handles your enquiry
Orinoco Energy Group is the commercial identity presented on this website. OEG Internacional Inc (United States) and Orinoco Energy Group, C.A. (Venezuela) coordinate enquiries according to their role in the proposed project. The quotation or contract identifies the company that will provide each service. OCK Servicios Logísticos, ADUAVEN, ECO GREEN and TUBINCA are not interchangeable legal entities; they receive information only when relevant to their participation. 2. Information we request
For an initial enquiry we request your name, email and project description. Procurement enquiries also require the equipment or material, quantity, requested scope, and destination country and city. Company, supplier, delivery details, target date and supporting documents are optional. We do not request identification documents, bank details, passwords, health information or payment-card information through this form. Share only information necessary to assess the project; redact unrelated personal or confidential information from attachments.
3. Purpose and your choices
We use enquiry information to respond, assess technical and delivery requirements, compare supplier or logistics options, prepare quotations and follow up the requested project. The privacy checkbox authorizes handling for this enquiry; it is separate from acceptance of the website terms and does not authorize newsletters or unrelated marketing. Applicable contractual, legal, security and record-preservation requirements may also justify retaining relevant information. You may withdraw your enquiry authorization by emailing info@orinocoenergygroup.com; this does not reverse previous lawful handling or remove records that must be retained.
4. Services and recipients
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical access data, including IP addresses, for hosting and security. Form submissions and optional attachments are transmitted through FormSubmit to bd@orinocoenergygroup.com and handled by the group's email service. FormSubmit states that it retains a submission archive for 30 days and does not retain attachments in that archive. Its platform and anti-spam processing are governed by its own policy. Necessary project information may be shared with the relevant group company, supplier, carrier, customs specialist or operating partner to assess or perform your request; we do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising audiences.
5. Videos and external links
The map, photos and fonts are served with the site; the map is not a Google Maps embed. YouTube videos are blocked until you permit optional video content. If permitted, YouTube/Google may receive your IP address and device information and use cookies or similar storage under their policies, even in privacy-enhanced mode. WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Calendly and other external services are contacted when you choose their links and operate under their own terms. Opening an external link is not a blanket authorization for this site to use advertising cookies.
6. International handling
Enquiries may be accessed or processed in the United States, Venezuela and countries where the relevant hosting, form, email and project providers operate. The applicable protections and legal obligations depend on the recipient and transaction. We limit project disclosures to their purpose and do not represent that every provider's processing takes place in Venezuela.
7. Enquiry and acceptance records
Each completed form submission includes the separate checkbox values, their browser-reported UTC times, document version, document links, interface language, enquiry identifier and submission channel. The received email and its mail-server headers provide a receipt record. These are ordinary enquiry records, not a certified electronic signature or an independent, tamper-proof consent database. Cookie preferences are stored in your browser and are not sent to a separate consent database. We retain enquiry and related acceptance records for the period needed to handle the request, a resulting commercial relationship, applicable legal duties or a legitimate dispute, and review records for deletion when those purposes end. FormSubmit's 30-day archive is not our long-term record system.
8. Access, correction and deletion
Email info@orinocoenergygroup.com to request access to your information, its correction, deletion or restriction, to withdraw an authorization, or to ask about a disclosure. Include the email address used for the enquiry and enough context to locate it. We may verify identity proportionately; do not send identity documents unless specifically needed and securely requested. We will explain any legal reason that prevents fulfilling a request and any applicable response period. This channel does not limit mandatory rights or recourse to competent authorities or courts, including rights under Venezuela's Constitution.
9. Security, audience and updates
We use HTTPS and limit collection through the enquiry form, but no website or email system is risk-free. This is a business enquiry website, not a service aimed at children. Do not submit children's data. Changes will be dated and versioned here; material new purposes requiring authorization will not be covered by a previous checkbox. Cookie choices can be changed through Preferences in the footer.
